About Us
ACT NOW Early Detection Free Screening Program
ACT NOW is our community outreach program designed to enhance learning outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental learning differences. This initiative integrates therapeutic interventions and academic enrichment in early childhood learning settings. ACT NOW aims to foster collaboration with teachers and directors, implementing classroom strategies for sensory processing, emotional regulation, mind-body awareness, social skills, and alternative communication.
Our community initiative, ACT NOW, is dedicated to bridging gaps between schools, homes, and healthcare settings. Its mission is to enhance learning outcomes, emotional/social skills development, and the overall well-being of children with developmental differences, individualized needs, and special interests.
Speech Tactics collaborates with local childcare centers through the ACT NOW initiative and serves as a provider for the Meck Pre-K Program. Throughout the year, we offer free screenings, educational resources, teacher training/workshops, and classroom support to our partner childcare centers. Even if your child does not attend one of our partner childcare centers, you can still take advantage of the ACT NOW Free Early Detection Screening Program at one of our clinic locations.
